Essendon Mitsubishi required the team at Victorian Power Savers to design and install a lighting system that met their new design brief. The lighting and energy audit identified that the 155w Philips Green Perform LED Highbay would achieve both an increase in lighting output and a reduction in energy demand. Our electricians removed the old 400w Metal Halide Highbays and replaced them with the new Philips LED highbays, resulting in a 69% increase in light levels and a 65% reduction in energy consumption. The real world savings translate to around $10,500 every year. One of the best parts is, that since Victorian Power Savers is accredited to offer government rebates, we were able to reduce the price of the upgrade by 80%.
