Cox Steel Coating is run out of a vast facility in Laverton. The business operations include abrasive sand and water blasting services, which result in a uniquely challenging environment for an effective LED Lighting system. Our engineers took into account all of the chemicals, substances, and temperatures that the lighting would be subjected to. In the end, the solution was to have a custom made glass diffuser manufactured, along with a protective cone to further protect the LED fittings. The new LED Highbays have nearly doubled the lux levels while reducing the energy consumption by 69%.
